A House to Make My Own

So, I am in a bit of quandary, I can buy a house if I really want to, but I need a 5% deposit.

I could build, if the company setting up the loan says I can, but do I want to? Check out this House

It means that there is a private area for a bbq out the back/side and if I put up some trees, then I'd have some privacy along the front, there is no fence at the front and it happens to be one of the biggest houses they have.
