again, too much self control is boring and you're boring me!!
.... Don't spend money, make it and save it and pay bills with it and give it to your loved ones... give yourself a little, you've earned it...
.... No matter what a person says to you, you must absolutely MUST appear calm and speak clearly no matter how much they've aggravated you. You'll thank yourself later for it and so will your boss
.... Smile even when they have said the rudest thing to you and walk away, you are too old to give spit for spat
.... Know that you are an adult and you deserve better than that, but you need to pick your fights
.... The knowledge that life won't always be sunshine, there are clouds, you have to find your sunshine
.... Be adventurous and let that child in you out, if your life was all adult, you'd be boring, and everyone would think so!
.... Treat yourself, even though you don't have your parents giving you a weekly treat or small present or a gold star, show yourself that you appreciate you and what you have achieved for the week
.... Be discrete, if you are having a spring fling (no I don't mean cheating on your partner) show that you respect him/her and don't brag about it, you're not a teenager anymore
.... Keep secrets knowing that that childish urge to tell someone is gone forever
.... Remember what it was like being a child and don't forget just how hard it is now. Be nice the young ones, show them you care and respect them, they'll show it back no matter how many wrinkles you have
.... Don't forget to love them, the bad, the good, the funny, the not so funny, the more you can love, the more you can live
.... Make your own words, I do and I make words up too! How fabulific is that? |
