Home Sweet Home

Hi there, yep I am finally home and I am not too sure how I feel about it, I've had a chat or two with Aussies that live and work in London, yes everyone says London rather than England, as its the centre of the world.

Ok that is taking it too far, but anyways, I loved London. Oh and everywhere else outside of London is England, get with the program :)

So, a couple of people really encouraged me to live there and get a job, they didn't always say it was easy to get a job, as I guess it depends on what industry a person works in...

So I'm hooked online again and I really did wish I'd brought my laptop with me as there was heaps and I mean heaps of hotels, cafes and even bars that had free wifi!!! Apparently hostels also have free wifi, so if I hostel it around europe, then I'd look out for the free wifi places.

Of course, that would mean I'd have to get a new laptop (a big big yayayayayyayayayayayyyyyyy!)

So I am considering doing just that, I've been contemplating backpacks, I don't think I'd ever take a hard case around europe again, it was too damn hard and I was very tempted to buy stuff and heavy stuff. So I can't say it was worth taking one for those reasons and stairs.

"Europeans and their bloody stairs!" my own quote of the month.

When we build in aussieland, we build lifts, escalators and provide train and bus services for people with disabilities, not europe. I think London had only about a handful of underground (the tube) stops where wheelchairs could have access.

One station I went through, Convent Garden or Coventry Garden? Had 286 (approx) and the sign actually suggested the lift.

Their was only 4 lifts, 2 for up and 2 for down and they always post signs for exits and entrances and some places you weren't allowed to enter coz they were exits which I thought was cool, so there was no crowd crushing going on. My most unfavorite sport.

So I have a new mobile, very cool, I don't know how to use it and it asked me if it was ok to jump on the net and download stuff, I don't think I have access to the Internet, so I think I'll take out the Sim and try it again, it can do whatever it likes... I find that is the easier option, I don't know how much credit I have or if my prepaid will let me, but whatever. I am not worried, I'm so relaxed, I've stopped caring about stuff...

That is fairly bad huh? Uh huh, I thought so, at least that part of my brain is working...
